As part of the SPARROW Project, the 2nd Focus Group is currently taking place at the University of Cyprus, bringing together key organisations across the full spectrum of crisis prevention, response, and recovery.
The session convenes stakeholders from public authorities, emergency services, critical infrastructure operators, and the research community, creating a structured platform for dialogue between end-users and developers. This interaction is central to SPARROW’s user-driven approach, ensuring that solutions are aligned with operational realities rather than theoretical assumptions.
A core objective of the Focus Group is to capture validated insights from frontline professionals and field experts, including:
These contributions directly inform the continuous development and refinement of SPARROW tools, methodologies, and use cases. By embedding practitioner feedback into the design cycle, the project strengthens its ability to deliver solutions that are both technically robust and operationally relevant.
